VA SOL curriculum change approved, now includes computer science
The state’s Board of Education soon could include computer science in its Standards of Learning curriculum. The Virginia Senate joined the House of Delegates early last week in unanimously approving House Bill 831, designed to help prepare students for technology jobs.
